ak22bet Platform Rules

1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ak22bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the ak22bet website located at https://ak22bet.net and all associated betting, gaming, and account management services offered thereon.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the ak22bet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the ak22bet platform.

ak22bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the ak22bet platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the ak22bet platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on ak22bet.
• You are accessing the platform for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity that would create a conflict of interest with any event on which betting markets are offered (for example, a cricket player betting on a match in which they are participating).
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ak22bet or any other gambling platform that would prohibit your access.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you as an individual.

ak22bet enforces the 18+ age requirement through a mandatory identity verification process. Proof of age — in the form of a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document — may be requested at any point. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to a player aged 18 or above will be suspended and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an ak22bet account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. The information required includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a unique email address. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information at any stage of the registration process.

3.2 Single Account Rule

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one ak22bet account at any given time. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ak22bet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets or game outcomes recorded on those accounts, and withhold any bonus funds. Genuine deposits may be returned to the originating payment method at ak22bet's discretion following an investigation.

3.3 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ak22bet account. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode (OTP) with any third party. ak22bet will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the ak22bet support team immediately via live chat so that temporary access restrictions can be applied while the matter is investigated.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ak22bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice. Full KYC verification is required before a player's first withdrawal is processed. The KYC process requires the submission of a clear photographic copy of a valid government-issued identity document. Additional documents — such as a selfie with the identity document, or proof of the payment method used — may be requested where there is a reasonable requirement to do so. ak22bet will endeavour to complete KYC reviews within 48 business hours of receiving complete documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ak22bet supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), and Upay. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks are also accepted subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ak22bet account balance within five minutes of a successful transaction. ak22bet does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which ak22bet accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering. Withdrawal requests submitted during support hours (24/7) are typically processed within one to three hours for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. ak22bet reserves the right to apply additional KYC checks before processing any withdrawal where there is a reasonable concern about account security or compliance.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ak22bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Where a game or market displays odds or values in a different currency, the conversion to BDT will be applied at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction. ak22bet does not guarantee any particular exchange rate.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time ak22bet offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games or markets, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ak22bet account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page. For example, a bonus subject to a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in qualifying bets before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum eligible odds, or on games not listed as qualifying for the promotion, will not count toward the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ak22bet takes a firm position against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same event to guarantee a mathematical outcome regardless of result (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage betting"); using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; or any coordinated group activity designed to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, ak22bet reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to restrict or close the account concerned.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on ak22bet are subject to acceptance by the platform. ak22bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where a market has been suspended, where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of an event may have been compromised. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number.

6.2 Match and Event Integrity

ak22bet does not knowingly accept bets on events where the outcome may have been predetermined or manipulated. Where credible information comes to light suggesting that an event's integrity has been compromised — including but not limited to cricket match-fixing allegations, football spot-fixing, or casino game manipulation — ak22bet reserves the right to suspend the relevant market and void all outstanding bets pending an investigation by the relevant sporting authority.

6.3 System Errors and Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that results in incorrect odds, market availability, or game outcomes being displayed, ak22bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. ak22bet is not liable for any loss of winnings that a player claims to have been entitled to as a result of a system error. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all casino and slot game sessions.

6.4 Cricket and Sports-Specific Rules

Cricket betting on ak22bet covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches. For cricket matches affected by weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result will stand where it is officially applied. Where a match is abandoned without any play, all bets will be voided and stakes returned. For multi-match tournament outright markets, selections remain active unless a player is officially withdrawn from the tournament by the relevant board or organisation.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ak22bet account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, any outstanding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified cash balances will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Account closure requests submitted for responsible gaming reasons — such as problem gambling — will be treated as a self-exclusion request and processed on a priority basis.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by ak22bet

ak22bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion and without prior notice where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified on the account.
• The account is found to belong to a player under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the player or from a third party with legal standing to make such a request.
• ak22bet is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. ak22bet will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormant account administration fee. The fee schedule applicable to dormant accounts is published in the FAQ section. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing an identity verification check.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak22bet's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ak22bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ak22bet shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business or business opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Any loss arising from interruption of access to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, telecommunications failure, third-party service outages, or events outside ak22bet's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ak22bet's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived or modified by contractual agreement.
